My own Bath!

Playing in the bath is great fun, right? Well, Tobias would agree with that, especially now that he can have the bath all to himself. Well, actually he could have had that before, but I have always liked taking baths with him, and I still do. This past friday, it was my daddy day, I put him in bath by himself. The most pressing reason to do so is that his bath toys have been increasing in size and number. Add that to the increasing size of Tobias himself and there just isn't that much room left for me... :-) Another reason is that when I am alone with him it is kind of easy to be bathing him, rather than to be in the bath with him.

Anyway, here he is enjoying the bath all by himself, and his catamaran toy. As you can see his sitting stability is now such that he doesn't need his bath chair anymore. On this particular boat toy there is a little sailor puppet and he loves that thing. He puts it in the boat, then takes it out again and laughs in the process. The hardest part now is taking Tobias out of the bath. He has so much fun in there that he wants to stay in....

The good news for me is that when we are all together Lisa and I still take turns going in the bath with him. That is great fun for Tobias..... and for us!
